It get's hard. We all need a reason to believe that there's light at the end of the tunnel but, whatever reason you choose, know that you will see better days. Find that reason and hold it near and dear to your heart. Let it be your place of refuge, your place of celebration, even your place of grief. Sometimes you need to be down to see that the only way from there is up. The rain won't last forever, the sun has to shine someday!
